Privacy policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Using our website is generally possible without disclosing personal data.

2. Collection of general data and information

With every page request by a data subject or an automated system, our website collects a range of general data and information (server log files), typically including: • IP address of the requesting system (usually shortened / anonymised) • Date and time of the request • Page / file accessed and amount of data transferred • Referrer URL (if transmitted) • Browser type and version, operating system This data is processed exclusively to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically faultless and secure operation). No consolidation with other data sources takes place.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted in the European Union by the German provider IONOS. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Hosting provider: IONOS SE Elgendorfer Straße 57 56410 Montabaur, Germany All data processing takes place exclusively on servers within the EU.

4. Contact by email, phone and contact form

If you contact us by email, phone or one of the contact forms, the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of the message) is processed to respond to your enquiry. Legal bases: • Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, if the request relates to the initiation of a contract, • otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding effectively to enquiries). We store this data only as long as necessary to process your request and for possible follow-up questions, and then delete it in compliance with statutory retention obligations.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our website does not set any cookies of its own. For the shopping-cart feature we use the local storage of your browser (localStorage, key “apex-cart-v1”); only the entry offerings you have selected are stored there. The data does not leave your browser; nothing is transmitted to us or to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary access to the terminal device). You can remove the stored data at any time via your browser settings or the “Empty cart” function on the cart page. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies, no web tracking for analytics or advertising, and no third-party pixels.

6. Embedded external content

Fonts are loaded in a privacy-friendly manner locally or via self-hosted delivery of Google Fonts; no connection to Google servers is established when the page is loaded. Images are served exclusively from our own server; no external image hosts are embedded.

7. Your rights as a data subject

We use TLS encryption (HTTPS) while you are visiting the website. Organisational and technical security measures protect your data against unintended or unlawful processing, loss, alteration and unauthorised access.

9. Currency and changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy is dated April 20, 2026. As our website and offerings evolve, or due to changes in statutory or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to adapt this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
